Financial Guidelines

Citizen’s collective is a community which is being governed by its membership. As all the members do have their voting powers in making financial decisions of the organization, none of them will be paid with a salary or similar remuneration.

This is one of the major instances where CC stands out of the traditional NGOs making it a fully volunteering body

Funding Sources

  1. Membership Fee
  2. Crowdfunding
  3. International grants
  4. Donations
  5. Other fundraising approaches.

These funds will be used only for admin costs such as Events, Food, Transport, Meeting costs, office spaces, Utility Bills, and stationery (Including the similar costs incurred within projects)


-Transparency –   Monthly statements will be published on web. These statements will be broken down into projects and Accounts


-No CC member will be paid a salary for their contribution. All the members will be volunteers.


-Interns / Professionals will be recruited from outside if needed.

-Financials of the local chapters will be directly handled by CC

– CC will act as the Fiscal host for Affiliated organizations and an Admin fee will be charged by the CC
